A well attended class that caters for a decent level of fitness. Don’t let the idea of running for an hour put you off. A well managed class that will get you all moving and help the “slower” runners add pace and the faster runners ad distance. Our run clubs are set up for those looking to improve on what they already capable of doing.
Monday Nights are for the intermediates up to advanced level runners. Intermediates are clients who can run at a steady state for 40 minutes or more, constantly on varying terrain and gradients. As a group we will look to get some miles into your legs and attain anything from 5 miles upwards. Lead by qualified instructors to guide and encourage, although this is about getting out and getting some miles into your legs.
