My vocation was clear from a young age. At the age of 14 I began playing football at a high standard for numerous academies for which I had to maintain high levels of fitness. At the age of 17 I decided to follow my father’s footsteps and join the Armed Forces. My first two years in the army consisted of being a front line soldier deploying on numerous arduous operations. In 2009 I was selected to attend the All Arms Physical Training Instructor Course and passed this successfully. I then went onto managing, delivering and coaching fitness throughout the armed forces. This experience then left me full of enthusiasm to encourage others in the world of health and fitness and from this I knew I wanted to promote health and wellbeing within the community to help others achieve their goals. Now, as an experienced and passionate fitness professional, I know first-hand how determination and commitment can change people’s lives forever. My client’s results speak louder than words and I am very proud to be surrounded by such happy and highly motivated clients.
I work hard to maintain my knowledge and keep up with the dynamic world of exercise and fitness, this enables me to remain committed to completing continued professional develop so I can continue to offer my clients the best, most enjoyable and safe experience along the way.
